12 minute easy peasy workout for older people, or just for warming up

Yes yes yes, i know my head is cut off! I cannot afford an ipad mount to get all the camera work just perfect, so please know that even headless this presentation is still good for working out to. No loud music, no screaming, no sweating, all easy peasy, facilitative movement designed just to warm one up in the morning, or after a long sit down. I hope and pray people find some benefit from the idealogy of easy workouts for older people, or warm up workouts before the more fit people get into their more intense stuff.
