Squash Solo training, straight drop, cross drop, cross lob, tickle boast.

It was a comfortable day here in mount barker 28 jan 2022, and I continued my squash practice as I seek to improve my game for the autumn pennant just about to start. In the following three videos I reveal a focus upon 8 shots, or rather 4 shots for each side, backhand and forehand. The straight drop shot, the cross court drop shot, the cross court lob and the tickle boast. The idea behind these particular videos is to present similar, if not precisely the same body position for each of the 4 shots (per side), and thus disguise ones intentions from the opponent and thus hopefully keep them guessing or entirely unaware of where we’re going to hit the ball. Thus reducing anticipation in the opponent and hopefully therefore making them either later on the ball, or just entirely leaving them flat footed and baffled.
