12 minute active recovery session

After a genuinely challenging squash competition match I woke the next day all stiff and somewhat sore. Active recovery exercise is known to be beneficial for human movers and since I know that for a fact, I headed out to the water tank of doom, with a little room and the staff of power for some easy morning movements to flush out the toxins of post exercise fatigue. That helped me awaken and rise towards optimal performance for the remainder of the day and, of course, made me feel a whole heap better.
