Rephrasing Bukowski for incremental improvement, by david jarvis 2022.

“The problem with the world is that the intelligent people are full of doubts, while the stupid ones are full of confidence.”

― Charles Bukowski.

Thus this saying reveals itself as stupid, for the saying exudes confidence. Irony is that quotations like these are powerful because they seem so spot on… I shall rephrase Charles.

One issue within the human world is that everyone is intelligent, but highly intelligent people whom are also educated systematically understand that complexity is normal in many situations, thus the highly intelligent and educated seem to have many doubts to those stupid enough to be full of confidence about what the less intelligently educated believe is simple.

perhaps.

Highly intelligent people understand complexity has value and depth, whereas less educated people are quick to judge with simple analysis and thus have confidence in their shallow positions.
