Squashed Knees need improvement!
Overtraining with running, hurts your knees, try swimming, try cycling instead for your cardio.
Chris Dittmar used a vertical climber. Thierry Lincou took to riding his bicycle. Grant Gough at the level 2 squash course I attended so long ago, said that swimming was useful.
Ice on the knee helps. Anti-inflammatories may assist, but careful with your gut flora. Massage may help. Putting the legs in the upside down vertically OFF position that cyclists use – that might help too. Knee bandages could help. Patella guides have helped me.
Rest and recovery are so important for your body, especially those knees. See a physiotherapist before your knees get hurt! And after they get hurt, then see a physiotherapist also, do their suggested exercises the prescribed techniques, durations and intensities!
Please, I’m down on my knees, please, what helps keep knees healthy for athletes?
I gotta go squeeze my nuts and then squeeze my thighs, I reckon those are good tips, mate, i’ll try anything that those in the know have said “give it a go”.
