On a brisk thursday morning i present a warm up for squash enthusiasts and then present a solo training session on the volley.

Warming up is highly valuable for performance and injury prevention, you’ll want to warm up both your body and your attitude and mind to facilitate yourself performing at your best, whilst lessening the risk of injury and increasing your own learning.
