Garden Harvest in autumn 2022 by david jarvis from the outback yard.

I’ve done the hard yards this season and hand dug the garden, shoveled about three tonnes of new soil and Clare and I planted many seeds and seedlings. With a laser measurer I have calculated that we have about 55 square metres of food bearing garden from the new areas that we started up in mid 2021. We did have plenty of herbs previously, but the extra 55 square metres was undertaken by an inspired and new man!

We have hoards of foods, pumpkins, potatoes, tomatoes, leeks, garlic, zuccini and much more too, in this video I present a brief chat about the latest harvest.
