A smile helps arousal optimisation.

Be more concerned with your athleticism than others, for you control only yourself.

I am courageous, but I still fear the tin and detest the out line.

If you want things to change, you are the thing to change first of all.

Training creates power from knowledge, but without application knowledge is just wind.

Persist through failure and success will grow.

Players are not interested in athletes, nor are players interested in coaches. They are interested in free tips about how to improve their squash easily and quickly.

Of course your training partner is imperfect. If they weren’t, they wouldn’t need to train!

When fate hands you broken squash balls, cut them up for target practice.

Confusing Athleticism with Participation.

The athlete has two goals, the second is to recover from the first.

If you have to turn to see your opponent, it means they’re in the rear court.

Before you begin a grudge match, train to let go of the grudge.

There are at least thirty three lessons in a loss, and at least one in a win.

When anger rises, hit every shot in.

If you are the best athlete at training, it’s time to find new training partners.

The funniest athlete is optimising their sadness.

The athlete who moves a mountain has carried a lot of small stones.

Industrious Athleticism.

Do not look for approval from others, seek it within yourself.

One athlete won first prize, another won the second prize, they are both champions.

When you really want peak performance, want it enough to work optimally and rest appropriately.

Health is not about feeding our ego, but is about feeding our body nutritiously.

Train more intelligently. The championship is won by the athlete whose training is with their head.

If you want to be a high performance athlete, think of consuming highly nutritious calories and expending them on optimal training.

The obese should resolve to stop gifting themselves with tasty treats and begin the infinitely more healthy task of nutritious eating.

An athlete who is unable to motivate themself is content with mediocrity.

No athlete becomes great unless they contribute to others greatness.
