There are two styles fighting inside every squash athlete. The first one goes for winners, the second one plays without errors. Which style will win? The one we train optimally.

When you get serious about optimal training, you realised your weaknesses are opportunities for massive improvements and strengths need maintenance. When you get serious about competition, you’ll realise the opportunities in opponents’ weaknesses and strengths.

Hitting the Mark.

Athletes never lie so much as before a tournament, during a close match, or when in doubt.

Foolish athletes learn only from their own mistakes. Wise athletes learn from the mistakes of others.

We live in a wonderous time, in which wealthy athletes become weak because of ease and some poor grow athletically great because of hardship.

Athletes cannot control everything about the match. They can only retrieve and select their own shots.

When you want to fool others, tell the truth and do not elaborate upon it.
