Nicks at Mach Speed.

Spectators observe what the athlete appears to be, few experience genuine athleticism.

It is better to train and compete than not to train and thus regret competing.

Technique and fitness combine in athleticism, however if we must choose between them, choose fitness for that is the healthier option.

If an opponent injures you and you can’t continue competition, take the win, if you can’t continue your athletic career, hand the matter to insurance or a legal team.

Spectators judge the athletes competitive performance, not the athletes training.

The fastest athlete can be decieved and be disadvantaged by their speed, the skillful athlete can become tired and loose their accuracy, thus an athlete must be able to recognise and overcome the strengths of the opposition.

The wise athlete chooses the higher value option between…

Sayings of Sport : Volatile French.

Judge an athlete by their questions rather than by their answers.

An athlete is worth something only when they have discovered a point of view.

If you need to explain the joke, the joke is not for that audience.

Competing can be ugly, we must remember to train gracefully.

Those who facilitate you training incompetently will limit your athletic improvement.

The more I train, the more I become, and the more certain I am that I love flow.

Industrious Athleticism.

photo of man doing dunk

Do not look for approval from others, seek it within yourself.

One athlete won first prize, another won the second prize, they are both champions.

When you really want peak performance, want it enough to work optimally and rest appropriately.

Health is not about feeding our ego, but is about feeding our body nutritiously.

Train more intelligently. The championship is won by the athlete whose training is with their head.

If you want to be a high performance athlete, think of consuming highly nutritious calories and expending them on optimal training.

The obese should resolve to stop gifting themselves with tasty treats and begin the infinitely more healthy task of nutritious eating.

An athlete who is unable to motivate themself is content with mediocrity.

No athlete becomes great unless they contribute to others greatness.
