From the ants in the cracks of the pavement, to the dogs in the dog house out back and the families that own pets or not, the single people or the polyamorous, the middle class or the homelessly poor and to the uber rich in their skyscrapers the pinnacle of what we All want need and desire is comfortable connection.
When you look at the light you will see less of the city, when you look at the ocean, you may not see the sky. If you live in the city you may struggle to see within the shadows of the skyscrapers for they are highly effective at blocking out the sunlight.
If we want to be rid of war, then we want to connect with Peace, not overpower war, instead build peace proactively. If we must we will defend ourselves forcefully for we all Should have a Right to Live.
How do you cage a precious bird without harming it?
If we want to be rid of hunger, then we must distribute connections to food, not throw food away because that’s cheaper than giving it to another. We should make throwing food into rubbish more expensive than feeding a human or animal or plant.

If we want to be rid of hate, then we need to understand the reasons for hatred or hateful actions, and then build connections of love that address those reasons of hatred, not avoiding hate, but instead using hate to aim love for the peaceful purpose of lessening hatred and its consequences.

If we want to know ourselves, then we need to spend time and effort on connecting with ourselves, not working exhaustively to own a house, or make a million at any cost, nor even volunteer for worthy causes, nor even helicopter parenting, for all of those can be, might be, might not be, distractions away from knowing ourselves… or they might be perfectly aligned with how we do know ourselves and our effects upon others.

My wife and I have under taken cyber security probes of the software that controls the donation process, seems quite safe, for even knowing of the transaction via email and receiving the money, I could not geolocate my own wife’s donation_place via a banking system. Seems pretty decent.
